Product Material: PP homopolymer polypropylene material, white (odorless), certified for hygiene and safety by SGS.
Product Function: Filters large particles, rust, silt, red worms, and suspended solids from water. Features antibacterial properties, removes residual chlorine, lead, and unpleasant odors/colors.
Production Capacity: Product specifications range: PP, inner diameter Ø3.8-Ø65mm, outer diameter Ø6-Ø85mm, with a minimum wall thickness of T0.4mm. Custom production available per client requirements.
Production Equipment: Meltblown machines, filter cartridge end cap hot melt adhesive applicators, comprehensive filter cartridge functional testers, precision filter cartridge cutting machines, and various dimensional and weight measurement instruments. Possesses comprehensive production technology and testing capabilities.
